Though less rhythmic than other types of massage, deep tissue massage can be quite therapeutic; relieving chronic patterns of tension & helping with muscle injuries, such as back pain.

Facial Massage is a specialized treatment to treat congestion, allergies, sinus pressure and headaches. Massage Therapist will use gentle pressure along the forehead, nose, cheeks and scalp to open up the nasal passage ways and relieve sinus headaches. Acupressure and massage techniques are combined to relieve the sinuses. Add on Ear Candling – $50

Hot Stone Massage

Hot Stone Massage is a form of massage therapy that follows the same principles of Swedish Massage with the addition of heated stones, which helps lead to deep relaxation. Adding heat to specific areas on the body enhances the feelings of relaxation and peace. Recommended in particular for individuals suffering from fibromyalgia, arthritis or other chronic pain. The penetrating effects of the heated stones allows the massage to be delivered without excessive pressure.
Swedish Massage

The therapist will incorporate gliding, kneading, tapping and friction techniques to improve circulation, ease muscle tension and help you feel more relaxed. It’s a great choice for reducing stress.
Prenatal Massage

$110 – 60 min

During pregnancy, your body goes through many changes. A Prenatal Massage can help with these changes by reducing stress & relieving muscle and joint pain; especially low back and hip pain. Massage may be particularly helpful during a time when medication & other medical options may be more limited. Using specially designed massage pillows, the Massage Therapist will help get you into a comfortable position to enhance the benefits and enjoyment of your massage.
Sports Massage

Developed to help with muscle systems used for a particular sport, a Sports Massage uses a variety of approaches to help athletes in training before, during, or after sports events. This type of massage helps promote flexibility & helps prevent injuries. It also helps with muscle strains, aiding healing after a sports injury. The Massage Therapist will work closely with you in order to develop a plan that will help you achieve optimal results on the field, court, or green.
Paraffin Hand/Foot Treatment

$40

Great add-on treatment to any massage. Hands and feet are submerged in the wax, wrapped in plastic and left to soak for 30 minutes. Paraffin wax treatments are great for when skin is prone to dryness and cracking. Calming essential oils are added to the wax to add to this soothing treatment. Once the skin has soaked in the wax, it is removed in one piece, and your skin is left soft and smooth! Great for those who suffer from conditions including arthritis, eczema, inflammation, psoriasis and stiff joints can benefit from these treatments. Skin will be left highly moisturized, circulation is increased and your mind is soothed by the relaxing sensations of the hot wax.
